MDAT S.A. participated in the 3rd Study Visit in the project «Cohousilience in a forward-looking EU to Brussels! «Very inspiring work taking place also in Brussels!

The third study visit was held last week (September 4-7, 2024) in Brussels, Belgium. Community Land Trust Brussels (CLTB) hosted all project partners from Italy, Spain, France, Portugal and Greece to study CLTB’s model as well as holding round tables on four important aspects of their model:

1. Immo: Development of new real estate projects, management of real estate assets.
2. Community: Lifelong learning, social cohesion, community building within the organization and within housing projects.
3. CLT+: Diffusion and promotion of the CLT model and vision, innovation within the CLT model.
4. Support: Team support, member administration, housing sales, housing administration,communication.
